Detailed Closing Statement
Upon completion of the sale, we provide you with a complete closing summary which includes a closing statement in English, all receipts for paid taxes, commissions, HOA dues, etc. and a review of yearly and monthly ongoing expenses.

The Agency Los Cabos has its founding business model in Los Angeles and was established in Los Cabos in April 2016 by owners, Bernardo Muciño Koenig and Juan Diaz Rivera along with partner Janet Jensen; all highly experienced in the international luxury real estate and Los Cabos markets accompanied by the brand in the United States.
The Agency has closed more than $11 billion in residential sales in under 6 years and, as a result, has established itself as one of the preeminent players in the luxury real estate market.
